Yesterday we were able to attend the county fair that I grew up going to and showing 4-H projects at back in the day. Despite the fact that my sister and I have been out of 4-H for years my dad is still involved in the leadership at the fair. So, he convinced Matt to help judge the computer projects. Last year was Matt's first year and he decided to do it again this year.
While Matt was off judging my mom, the kids and I went exploring the fair. Grace loved seeing all of the farm animals and Caleb loved being carried around in the carrier all morning. Grace got her face painted, went to a butterfly garden and "drove" a fire truck. We also got to eat lots of yummy fair food!
