I have discovered a new favorite recipe. Matt requests this almost every week so to keep him happy I've probably made it 3-4 times this winter. It is a Better Crocker recipe and easier than easy. Here you go....
Ingredients:
3-4 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can cream style corn
1 can evaporated milk
6-8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worchestishire sauce (a little of each)
broth (if needed to thin out soup to your liking)
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to 3-4 quart slow cooker.
2. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
We love to top this soup with cheese!
Sounds super easy, I am going to give this a try next week!
ReplyDeleteI was expecting this to have flour in it but it is gluten free...yaye!
